UGA Doctor’s Wayne Hanna & Brian Schwartz Turfgrass Recognition
Congratulations to Doctors. Wayne Hanna & Brian Schwartz on being recognized for their efforts in developing TifTuf bermudagrass. TifTuf is an outstanding turfgrass which uses up to 38% less water than other hybrid bermudagrasses. It also has outstanding color and wear tolerance making it a great choice for home lawns, athletic fields and golf courses. TifTuf is sold and marketing as certified turf ensuring the sod is of the highest quality. Thanks to the Mary Kay Woodworth of the Urban Ag Council for coordinating this event.
